Akuerdate es un asistente de memoria por chat: guarda tus recordatorios, notas y listas, y te avisa a tiempo. Hoy el servicio está en etapa de lanzamiento: la lista de espera está abierta y las funciones se irán habilitando por etapas. Akuerdate is a chat-based memory assistant: it stores your reminders, notes and lists, and notifies you on time. The service is currently in its launch stage: the waitlist is open and features will be enabled in phases.

Cancelas con un mensaje. Sin llamadas, sin menús laberinto, sin "¿estás seguro?" repetido cinco veces. Al cancelar, no se te vuelve a cobrar; tu plan sigue activo hasta el final del periodo ya pagado. You cancel with one message. No phone calls, no maze menus, no "are you sure?" five times over. Once you cancel, you're not charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Tus recordatorios, notas y listas son tuyos. Solo los usamos para darte el servicio, como explica el aviso de privacidad. Si borras tu cuenta, borramos tu contenido. Your reminders, notes and lists are yours. We only use them to provide the service, as explained in the privacy notice. If you delete your account, we delete your content.

5. Uso razonable5. Fair use

Akuerdate es para uso personal y de tu familia o equipo. No está permitido usarlo para enviar spam, automatizar abusos o actividades ilegales. Podemos suspender cuentas que lo hagan. Akuerdate is for personal, family, or team use. Using it to send spam, automate abuse, or conduct illegal activity is not allowed. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Nuestros límites, con honestidad6. Our limits, honestly

Ponemos una obsesión genuina en que cada aviso llegue. Aun así, Akuerdate depende de servicios de terceros (plataformas de chat, redes, proveedores de infraestructura) que pueden fallar fuera de nuestro control. Akuerdate es una herramienta de apoyo: para asuntos críticos (médicos, legales, de seguridad) no debe ser tu único respaldo. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita a lo que hayas pagado por el servicio en los últimos 12 meses. We put genuine obsession into every reminder arriving. Even so, Akuerdate depends on third-party services (chat platforms, networks, infrastructure providers) that can fail beyond our control. Akuerdate is a support tool: for critical matters (medical, legal, safety) it should not be your only safeguard. Our liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

7. Cambios a estos términos7. Changes to these terms

Si cambiamos algo importante, lo anunciaremos en el sitio y, si ya eres usuario, te lo avisaremos directamente. Seguir usando el servicio después del aviso significa que aceptas los nuevos términos. If we change something significant, we'll announce it on the site and, if you're already a user, tell you directly. Continuing to use the service after the notice means you accept the new terms.
